Three Principles of Marketing:

  1. Customer Value
  2. Differentiation
  3. Segmentation

Customer value. If you want cusomters to buy from you, you have to give them something valuable.

Differentiation. Be better than the competition.

Segmentation. Target a segment of the market.

You deliver these prinicples with the Four Ps:

  1. Product
  2. Place
  3. Promotion
  4. Price

Product. What the seller puts up.

Promotion. How you convince the customer to buy what you're selling.

Price. What the customer puts up.
