Do LLMs Make Decisions?

Computers need to be told what to do. but once told what do, they are then capable of making decisions in order to acheive that goal. So it's not that they're incapable of making decisions. Its just a matter of what they’re capable of amd what we tell them to do. Their limiations are their capabilities, and that fact that they need us to say, "Okay, go."
